MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin — A Milwaukee man has been charged for the assault and kidnap of a woman who he met on the app 'Tagged.'According to the criminal complaint, the victim said she entered a vehicle with Davoncia Kelly McAfee near the intersection of 58th and Hampton on Nov. 13. While in the car, an unknown man appeared from the back seat, wrapped his arms around her face, put what felt like a handgun to the back of her neck and told her to come to the back seat where he placed a blindfold over her eyes.McAfee then drove the vehicle for approximately 15 more minutes before coming to a stop. He and the man in the backseat told the victim not to move or scream as they led her out of the vehicle and up a set of stairs into an apartment living room area.The victim was then assaulted by multiple male individuals in the home.She was later taken back to her vehicle while still wearing the blindfold and was told not to turn around when she was dropped off or they would "blow her head off."During the incident, the suspects took the victim's cellphone, sweatshirt, Wisconsin ID card, and paperwork from her employer.The victim later made a Facebook post using images from McAfee's Tagged account to identify him and turn him into the Milwaukee Police Department. Police conducted interviews with McAfee where he admitted to setting up dates on the internet for sex.Police also executed a search warrant at the apartment where the victim was taken. They found a magazine for a Smith and Wesson handgun with six unfired .40 caliber cartridges and an ammunition tray with more unfired cartridges inside the residence.McAfee faces charges for First Degree Sexual Assault (Forcibly Aiding & Abetting) - PTAC and As a Party to a Crime, Kidnapping (Carries Forcibly) - PTAC, As a Party to a Crime. NATIONAL CITY, Calif. (KGTV) -- A suspect was taken into custody Monday night after an hours-long standoff in National City following a shooting. According to deputies, the shooting happened on the 2300 block of Prospect Street near Lincoln Acres School. Authorities confirmed that one person was shot but were unable to give further details. Deputies say the suspect barricaded himself inside a home after the shooting. A portion of Prospect Street was closed off for hours due to the incident.  529

(KGTV) -- A man who was apparently shot with an arrow was found dead in National City Monday afternoon.According to National City Police, the incident was reported at around 2:30 p.m. near the 1800 block of Wilson Avenue.After the shooting, the suspect reportedly called police saying he shot an arrow into a man. The suspect told police there was a fight before the shooting.NCPD Captain Alex Hernandez said the suspect showed officers where the victim was located. The victim was found in what appeared to be a homeless encampment and pronounced dead at the scene."We were able to recover the bow and some other items that were nearby as evidence," said Hernandez.Police say a woman who was believed to be with the two men at the time of the shooting was questioned. All three are believed to be transients living in the encampment where the incident took place, police say.While the deceased man was not identified, National City police identified the suspect as 39-year-old Miguel Venegas; he was booked into jail on a suspicion of murder charge. 1080
