Doing so is a violation of federal law."Trump's comments come as there appears to be rising support for Trump's impeachment. According to a CNN poll, 47 percent of Americans polled by CNN support impeachment compared to 45 percent who oppose. The margin of those who support impeachment compared to those who oppose is within the margin of error of 3.5 percent. CNN conducted a similar poll in May, after the Mueller probe was released, which showed support for impeachment at 41 percent. Although polling would suggest a shifting in public opinion on impeachment, Trump's allies remain behind the president. House Majority leader Kevin McCarthy was among those who went to bat for Trump on Sunday. McCarthy echoed a common refrain from Trump's surrogates that the whistleblower did not directly hear the phone call between Trump and the Ukrainian president."The whistleblower wasn't on the call, McCarthy said on CBS' '60 Minutes.' "The IG, inspector general, didn't read the call. But you and I have all the information we need. The president did nothing in this phone call that's impeachable."White House policy adviser Stephen Miller offered a sharp rebuke of the unknown whistleblower.“The president is the whistleblower here," Miller said. "The president of the United States is the whistleblower. And this individual is a saboteur trying to undermine a democratically elected government.”After host Chris Wallace reminded Miller that the Inspector General found the whistleblower's report was "credible," Miller fired back. As the census is about to get underway nationwide, the AARP is warning that scammers could use the census as a prime opportunity to conduct impostor scams intended to steal your personal information. According to AARP data, nearly half of Americans have been targeted by impostor scams in the past, while a majority may be susceptible to phony Census correspondence or telephone calls in the coming months. Data would suggest that people are more susceptible to impostor scams. The US Federal Trade Commission reported a 50% increase in impostor scams in 2019 compared to 2018. "We've learned that scammers are very shrewd and adept at capitalizing on current events," said Kathy Stokes, director, fraud prevention programs, AARP. "The census has been in the news, so most people are expecting to hear soon from the Census Bureau. Scammers will use that to their advantage as they aim to deceive people into sharing sensitive information or handing over money."Of concern is that 70% of Americans surveyed by AARP were incorrect or unsure on whether the US Census would email the public. The first contact from the US Census people will receive is in March via US Mail, with an in-person visit coming in May for those who do not return their census form. Also, 35% were incorrect or unsure on whether the US Census would ask for social security numbers. The US Census will not request personal information such as social security numbers. He was after true love, but he believes his wife was after a Green Card and his money. He estimates he lost close to ,000.Farley, an accomplished mathematician, looked at finding love like a statistics problem."There are 10 million more women than men in Russia," said Farley.He liked his odds, so he traveled to Siberia where he met a woman in an unconventional way.“I met her in 2013. I used a mail order bride website called Elenasmodels.com. Even though they used the term ‘mail order,’ no one actually arrives in the mail,” Farley said.The website delivered a match. She was 20, he was 42. Despite the age difference, they thought they'd give it a shot.“We stayed in touch. I sent her about 250 questions about family life, how many kids you'd want to have, other aspects and she answered all of them,” Farley said. Farley later flew to Turkey to meet her parents and after a three-year courtship, they married at the Towson courthouse. Within two weeks of getting married, Farley said his wife's behavior completely changed."The arguments and insults," said Farley. "And the spending was incredible.
