As Hurricane Dorian has its sights set on the Carolinas, the stubborn cyclone has reintensified into a major hurricane, according to the National Hurricane Center.At the 11 p.m. ET Wednesday advisory, Dorian has top winds of 115 MPH, making it a category 3 storm. The hurricane is off the Georgia coast, and will make a close approach to the South Carolina coast on Thursday. The TV says Mubarak died at a Cairo hospital where he had recently undergone surgery. The report said he had health complications but offered no other details.
