So, you’re walking down the street, you see this little blue box, you open the lid, it says ‘If you’re feeling lost, hopeless, suicidal, this is for you. If not, leave it for someone else in need.’”Find Your Anchor is based out of Orange County, California, but boxes have reached places all across the globe. Keeping track of each individual box, Borowsky says she’s received notes from many people saying the box has saved their life. And that’s why more and more mental health advocates are standing behind Find Your Anchor.“I like the find your anchor box because it’s empowering the individual immediately, and yet provides resources for them if they need more than just the box,” Amanda Greene says.Greene says she can’t stop ordering Find Your Anchor boxes, because she understands their powerful impact.“Living with chronic illness and having it for a long time, there’s days where you’re like ‘OK, I’m done,’” she says. She was adopted from the Claiborne County Animal Shelter. It was Shelly who also came to the rescue two weeks ago, protecting her owner. Seals says her dad heard a noise in the middle of the night and thought it was just the cat playing or maybe a mouse. A couple days later, Seals got a call from her dad’s sitter who said she saw a dead copperhead a couple feet long on the kitchen floor.On the side of the snake's neck and head were claw marks and one big slash. Seals says Shelly killed the snake and made it out unscathed. Kentucky State Police (KSP) say that human remains were found on a property on Fall Lick Road in Garrard County.The remains were found just before midnight. Police are waiting on an autopsy for a positive ID.KSP confirmed that it was a tip that led them to the home. According to an arrest citation, someone in the home contacted police saying they smelled a foul odor coming from the property.KSP said the property belongs to the parents of one of the suspects who troopers believe was one of the three people with whom Spurlock was last seen.
