United Airlines announced Wednesday plans to return 25,000 flights systemwide during the month of August in hopes that more people will resume traveling. "Demand is coming back slowly and we're building in enough capacity to stay ahead of the number of people traveling. And we're adding in flights to places we know customers want to travel to, like outdoor recreation destinations where social distancing is easier but doing so in a way that's flexible and allows us to adjust should that demand change."On Tuesday, Delta announced the addition of 1,000 flights systemwide in July. VALLEY CENTER, Calif. (KGTV) -- The owner of a Valley Center pizza shop was arrested for alleged sexual battery, according to the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department. According to the Department, Mark Desimone, the owner of Pizza Pazza was arrested on September 5 for multiple counts of sexual battery. The department says the arrest stems from an investigation by detectives in Valley Center. According to investigators, the incidents occurred at Pizza Pazza at an unspecified time. Two SWAT team members in Florida have reportedly been suspended for choosing to respond, without permission, to a shooting at a high school in Florida where 17 people tragically lost their lives.According to the Florida Sun-Sentinel, two Miramar, Florida, SWAT team members were on duty, in the area at the time of the shooting. The SWAT officers chose to respond to the school, despite not having been told to. According to the Miramar Police Department, their decision, "created an officer safety issue and left them unaccountable for their actions," the Sun-Sentinel reports. Detective Jeffrey Gilbert and Detective Carl Schlosser were notified of their suspension on February 22, the newspaper reports. They were instructed to turn in their SWAT-issued rifles immediately. The two reportedly remain on active duty for their other assignments.Union officials are defending the actions of the SWAT officers, saying that they were following their natural instincts to help those in need when they responded to the school. “While it may have been a violation of policy to not notify their supervisors that they were going there, their intentions were brave and heroic, I think,” Police Benevolent Association President Jeff Marano told the Sun-Sentinel.On Wednesday, a Florida grand jury has formally indicted Nikolas Cruz in the Parkland school shooting. Update, Tuesday morning: A social media post indicates Dan was welcomed back to his position.ESCONDIDO (KGTV) - Escondido neighbors outraged after their favorite city worker was fired Friday, rallied to get him his job back.Sunday night a small group gathered at Escondido City Hall to tell 10News why they believe it was wrong Dan Naylor was fired.Naylor is known in the community as their ambassador, fondly called "Dan the Man" for his work in public service. He picked up trash along Grand Avenue for years and was hired by the city to clean up Grape Park in 2017, he would have celebrated his first work anniversary in November.Naylor was also recognized by Mayor Sam Abed for his work.Naylor is not an average city worker. He was hit by a car when he was 7-years-old, while living in Oceanside. "I died for 10 minutes, three times... God told me to do the best that I can and be the best that I can," he said.Since then, he's had trouble speaking and limited mobility on his left side.Friday Dan said he was brought into his boss's office and told he was being fired for wearing his uniform while drinking a beer at Vinz after work a few weeks prior. Patti Thompson, a friend and self appointed advocate for Dan, started asking questions, "I got my questions answered by people within the City, so I checked my facts by people that are credible that work in the City office...
