WASHINGTON (AP) — Federal health officials are unveiling a plan to get approved coronavirus shots to nursing home residents free of cost, with the aid of two national pharmacy chains. No vaccine has yet been approved by the Food and Drug Administration, and the distribution program is contingent on that happening first. (CNS) - A 45-year-old apparently homeless man suspected of arson was arrested after allegedly setting a car on fire in Vista.Deputies responded to a report of a car fire in the 1200 block of East Vista Way, near East Bobier Drive, about 10 p.m. Tuesday, according to Lt. Nancy Blanco of the San Diego County Sheriff's Department."On their way to the scene, a witness reported seeing a man, who appeared to be homeless, walk by the car, break a window and start the fire," Blanco said.Deputies located Jose Garcia, matching the suspect's description, who allegedly had a lighter in one hand and a pipe to smoke illegal drugs in another, according to Blanco.Garcia was arrested after a witness identified him in a curbside lineup, Blanco said. VISTA, Calif. (KGTV) - For the third time in recent months, a local Boy Scout troop is coping with a heartbreaking theft.As they were getting ready to leave on a camping trip Friday, Boy Scout Troop 722 in Vista realized their camping trailer was gone.Without a trailer, future trips are now in jeopardy.The trailer was parked in the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church parking lot when someone broke the padlock and stole the trailer. Because the troop has dealt with vandalism in the past, all their gear is kept in a shipping container. The trailer has a unique bolt on its door, which was put in to prevent people from breaking in.Replacing the trailer will cost the troop ,000.Community members can donate on a Go Fund Me page set up for the troop. If you spot the trailer, contact the Vista Sheriff's Department.In September, a Chula Vista Troop's trailer was stolen, as well as one earlier this month one in University City.
