HAMBURG, Germany, July 8 (Xinhua) -- Chinese President Xi Jinping's latest visit to Russia and Germany contributed to promoting China's relations with Russia and Germany, and his attendance of Group of 20 (G20) summit enhanced cooperation, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi said here on Saturday.
Li praised Samaras for his contribution in promoting bilateral relations and cooperation as well as facilitating the Sino-Greek cooperation at Piraeus port.
Hailing the rapid development of closer cooperation in various fields, Liu said that the strategic consensus reached by Chinese President Xi Jinping and Czech President Milos Zeman has pointed out the direction for the future development of bilateral ties.
"Different countries benefit from the free trade at different stages. The important task for us right now is to balance the relationship between free trade and the principle of equality," he said.
In their talks on Tuesday, the two foreign ministers discussed a slew of topics, including anti-terrorism, anti-illegal drugs, infrastructure, economy and trade, people's wellbeing, defense, arts and culture.
