JOHANNESBURG, Dec. 4 (Xinhua) -- Chinese President Xi Jinping announced here Friday that his country will roll out 10 major plans to boost cooperation with Africa in the coming three years.
By saying that "China and South Africa should be development partners pursuing equality, mutual benefit and win-win co-operation," President Xi is showing China's willingness to go out of its way to offer assistance in a way that is generally acceptable to South Africa, Chitanga said.
"Don't make troubles on purpose," he warned.
Chinese officials from Zaozhuang Municipal Government, Jingdezhen Municipal and Liuzhou Municipal government also showcased investment opportunities in aviation, transport, tourism and culture in Africa.
