SUTHERLAND SPRINGS, Texas (KGTV) -- At least 26 people are dead and dozens more injured after a shooting at a church in Texas Sunday morning, according to ABC News.KSAT identified the shooter as Devin Kelley of New Braunfels, Tex. He reportedly fled the scene and is dead after a brief pursuit. ABC News reported Kelley has no known ties to terrorism.The shooting took place at First Baptist Church in Sutherland Springs, which is located about 35 miles east of San Antonio, according to ABC affiliate KSAT.RELATED: Who is Devin Kelley, Texas church suspect?A witness reported seeing a man walk into the church around 11:30 a.m. and open fire.The victims ranged from 5 to 72 years old. Ten people were killed in a series of wildfires thisweek in California, Oregon and Washington, the Associated Press reported. Another 16 people in Butte are listed as missing.The fires in Northern and Central California are so prevalent that the smoke and debris turned the sky over San Francisco bright orange on Wednesday evening.The New York Times reports that two people were found dead in a vehicle in connection with a wildfire just east of Salem, Oregon. Sheriff Joe Kast of Marion County, Oregon, told The Times that he feared officials could discover more bodies as rescue efforts continue. A third fatality in the stat was recorded about four hours south of Salem in the town of Ashland.Officials told The Times that the fatality in Washington was a 1-year-old boy who was killed by the Cold Springs Fire, which is currently burning in the northeast part of the state.According to USA Today, there are wildfires currently burning in 13 Western states. TAMPA, Florida — Police said they got a big win Friday night after they were able to arrest a man wanted in connection to installing credit card skimming devices across the Tampa Bay area.Police on scene told ABC Action News they were able to take the skimmer into evidence after a customer at the Chase Bank at 2001 N. Dale Mabry pulled it off the drive-up ATM while getting cash out.That customer flagged an officer down and showed him the skimmer. What that customer didn’t know is that undercover officers were already in pursuit of the man. Officers on scene say he was wanted by multiple agencies.The man, who has been identified as Yanier Manso Caballero from Hialeah, ditched his black Mercedes in the McDonald’s parking lot next to the bank, kicked off his flip flops, and took off running as officers tried to make an arrest.The police helicopter was able to lead K-9 officers to a heat signature of a man inside a shed on West Cherry Street, about a quarter mile away from the bank. The man was taken into custody a short time later.The customer that found the skimmer told officers on scene that he saw at least two other customers get cash out before he found the skimming device. There is no information, at this point, about how long the device might have been on the ATM. 1305

The Associated Press is reporting that six officers involved in the arrest of Freddy Gray — a young black man who died in the custody of Baltimore Police in 2015 — will not face federal charges.The U.S. Department of Justice announced Tuesday that the officers would not face charges from the federal government. Six officers were charged at the state level, three of which were acquitted. Three others had their cases dropped.Gray died on April 19, 2015, a week after he suffered a spinal injury while in custody after he was arrested for carrying a switchblade a week earlier.  597
