She’s part of a growing number of Americans doing so because of COVID-19. In fact, the non-profit organization, Life Happens, just conducted a survey that showed 43 percent of adults have either already delayed retirement or are considering it.“It kind of has to do with the uncertainty of what this is going to look like, this pandemic’s effects on long-term and short-term finances, said Fasia Stafford, the president and CEO of Life Happens.“What we also found interesting was that the younger folks were delaying it even more than the older folks, so when you are looking at folks from 18 to 23, they are thinking that this is going to have long-term effects on them, that their retirement age might be delayed because of what is happening currently.”Currently, it doesn’t help with our country’s high level of unemployment, having so many people postpone their retirement. It negates the natural cycle of people exiting the labor market and making room for newer people to enter.“It is important for society,” said Outon. “I think it is healthy for younger people to get their chance and for there to be ability for them to make decisions and be in charge frankly.”If retirement nest eggs keep cracking because of economic recessions hitting almost every decade, those chances are going to be more and more delayed. 2566

An alligator was spotted trying to climb the fence at Lely High School in Naples, Florida, Monday morning.Ray Simonsen, a.k.a "Ray the Trapper," was called in to get it.“Gators can climb. That’s why you can find them wherever, whenever," said Simonsen.Simonsen said he wasn’t surprised by what the gator was doing, but by how big it was.“I received a call that there was a 4-foot gator on property. I roll up and I get a big grin on my face, because that 4-foot was 7-foot 6-and-a-half-inch," said Simonsen.But that alligator Simonsen caught wasn’t the only one that got somewhere it didn’t belong on Monday. Anyone driving on Interstate 15 near Spring Mountain Road near the Las Vegas Strip early this morning may have seen a shocking billboard. It said “Shoot A School Kid Only .”The infamous art collective INDECLINE “vandalized” the sign on Wednesday night. The billboard is used by Battlefield Vegas, which advertises that it is the best indoor shooting range experience in Las Vegas. The sign was also changed to say "DEFEND LIVES REFORM LAWS."INDECLINE says they did it because of “America’s longstanding obsession with gun culture and out government’s inability to honor the victims of mass shootings by distancing themselves from the homicidal policies of the NRA.”INDECLINE says it is "calling on all political parties to immediately work towards a legislative resolution that aims to protect citizens and reform inadequate gun las that are currently placing value on assault weapons over that of human life.”This isn’t the first time that INDECLINE has vandalized a billboard or did something controversial in Las Vegas and other cities around the U.S.INDECLINE was also behind the naked Donald Trump statues in 2016 that popped up in many cities, including Las Vegas, New York City, San Francisco and Los Angeles. In addition, the group vandalized a billboard that was promoting a fight between Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Conor McGregor. They also hung mannequins in suits on billboards with the caption “Dying For Work.” The message on the billboard was covered up before 9 a.m. Thursday. An Arizona resident captured a dangerous encounter between a bobcat and rattlesnake earlier this week. The video taken by Laura Lucky in Scottsdale shows the pair facing off along a sidewalk. The bobcat paws and bites at the snake as it tries to slither away and, at times, strike back.
