Early Friday morning Japanese time, officials from the Japanese government told its citizens to stay indoor as a missile fired from North Korea flew over the nation and into the Pacific Ocean, NHK reported. NHK reported said that the missile flew over the Hokkaido region of Japan. According to California Highway Patrol, the fire sparked around 6:30 p.m. on eastbound Interstate 8 near El Cajon Boulevard.
