Dr. Sean Conley said President Donald Trump is doing "very well" and has begun receiving an anti-viral drug Friday night, according to a memo posted on Twitter by White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnenany."This evening I'm happy to report that the President is doing very well. He is not requiring any supplemental oxygen, but in consultation with specialists we have elected to initiate Remdesivir therapy," Conley wrote. "He has completed his first dose and is resting comfortably."Remdesivir is one of the few drugs shown to help fight the novel coronavirus.
