Then on the Schilhabel's connecting flight in Chicago after the honeymoon, United Airlines also did not have an aisle chair. This time, Schilhabel says he and his wife had seats in the back of the plane. Schilhabel says he had to "scoot all the way down on my butt." On one of the flights, one of the flight attendants picked Shilhabel up and carried him down the aisle so he could catch his connecting flight. When 23ABC spoke to Schilhabel, he called the whole experience "humiliating."Schilhabel says on his last six flights with United Airlines, they were either "late with getting an aisle chair" or did not have an aisle chair. Pharmacy Benefit Managers often referred to as PBMs, are companies hired to help insurance companies save money.But Tulsa Pharmacist Chris Schiller said it's the patients who end up paying more. "They negotiated drug prices and did lower costs," Shiller said. "But since that time 15 years ago, they've used all these different tactics to make money where they've actually increased costs 1,010 percent."Schiller hopes HB2632 and SB841 will pass and help regulate PBMs. He said PBMs tell the patient what pharmacy they can use, eliminating your choice of where to get your prescription filled. "I'm hoping to see a level playing field for all pharmacies that protects the patient's right to choose," Schiller said. "Patients shouldn't be penalized to use the pharmacy they are most comfortable with." "I've been coming to Economy Pharmacy since they opened years ago," Kenda Skaggs said. TripAdvisor has defended itself against accusations of misleading travelers by failing to stop some of its highest ranked hotels winning their status with fake reviews.UK consumer group Which? Travel analyzed a total of almost 250,000 reviews for the 10 top-ranked hotels in 10 global tourist destinations, from Las Vegas to Cape Town. It found that one in seven of the hotels had "blatant hallmarks" of fake reviews, with others raising "serious concerns."But TripAdvisor called the analysis "flawed" and said its more sophisticated detection tools were able to weed out fraudulent feedback.Which? Travel said that when it reported 15 of the worst cases to TripAdvisor, the reviews giant -- now one of the world's biggest travel websites -- admitted that all but one of the hotels in question had been caught using fake reviews in the past year.Six had previously been penalized, and two had received a "red badge warning" -- where TripAdvisor warns users that the hotel is suspected of using fake reviews, and has "repeatedly failed to remedy its behavior and refuses to cooperate with TripAdvisor's investigators."Yet, Which?
