Inslee also publicly called for the Democratic National Committee to host a debate entirely focused on climate change, knocking the committee for rebuffing his demands."Climate change is not a singular issue, it is all the issues that we Democrats care about," he said at the second set of Democratic debates. "It is health. It is national security. It is our economy."The governor will now return to Washington state, where he is in his second term. Inslee won reelection in 2016 by nearly 10 percentage points and is eligible to run for reelection in 2020. Zoo officials said they made the difficult decision to euthanize the lion, Prosperity, because zookeepers observed her mobility and quality of life decrease over a period of several months. Biggs arranged an up close look at how Fisher proposes to install the wall along four sections of the border: 42 miles near Yuma, 69 miles near El Paso, Texas, 16 miles near El Centro, California and the longest stretch 91-miles south of Tucson. "I want to show we're not just building a barrier. We're building infrastructure for Border Patrol Agents," said Fisher President and CEO Tommy Fisher. It's part of the solution."Congressman Biggs and Congresswoman Lesko say there is money available from drug interdiction, asset forfeiture, and the federal budget which can be used to fund border wall construction while the courts decide whether the President's Emergency Declaration is legal.
