Ms. Agostino was offered a solution to the dispute. She agreed that the part would be returned to North Wind. In turn Ms. Agostino would not be charged. This is what occurred. Ms. Agostino has not been charged for the service call or the replacement part.Days later Ms. Agostino posted false statements about North Wind on-line. She represents that she paid for the service call and replacement part, which she did not. These statements significantly effected North Wind's business. North Wind is a small local business. NEW YORK (AP) — Getting an Amazon package delivered from the sky is closer to becoming a reality. The Federal Aviation Administration said Monday it has granted Amazon approval to deliver packages by drones. Amazon says the approval is an important step, but added that it is still testing and flying the drones. It did not say when it expected drones to make deliveries to shoppers. Last year, Amazon unveiled self-piloting drones that are fully electric, can carry 5 pounds of goods and are designed to deliver items in 30 minutes by dropping them in a backyard.The FAA said Amazon is the third drone delivery service to win flight approval. NEWPORT, N.C. (KGTV) - A North Carolina woman is due in court Wednesday on suspicion of cutting off her husband’s penis. Victoria Frabutt, 56, is charged with malicious castration and kidnapping in connection with her husband, 61-year-old James Frabutt. Carteret County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the couple’s home in Newport at 4 a.m. Tuesday. Frabutt said his wife tied him up and pulled out a knife. “Deputies were able to recover the body part where it was immediately put on ice and transported to medical personnel,” deputies reported online. James Frabutt was taken to the hospital. His condition is unknown, deputies said. Victoria Frabutt is being held on 0,000 bail. Nine children have been reported dead at a New Jersey nursing home in the last week, at least eight from viruses that cause respiratory illness, the state health department said.The ninth victim, described as "medically fragile with respiratory illness" by the Wanaque Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Haskell, died late Saturday night at a hospital, the state health department said in a statement.
