(KGTV) — Saturday, California reported that the San Joaquin Valley region, which includes 12 counties, ran out of space in its ICUs as COVID-19 cases climb.The state's website says the region, which has been under the new regional stay-at-home, has hit 0% ICU capacity. The region includes Calaveras, Fresno, Kern, Kings, Madera, Mariposa, Merced, San Benito, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Tulare, and Tuolumne counties.The region's capacity sat at 4.5% a day earlier.Last week, the San Joaquin Valley and Southern California regions were placed under the state's stay-at-home order for falling under 15% ICU capacity.The Southern California region, which includes San Diego, Imperial, Inyo, Los Angeles, Mono, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura counties, was at 5.3% ICU capacity on Saturday. (KGTV) — The child in all of us may be compelled to bust out the stationary and send an actual letter this year.The United States Postal Service introduced three new sets of stamps for 2019, featuring characters from Sesame Street, the Tyrannosaurus rex, and "spooky silhouettes" for the fall season.The Sesame Street stamps, designed by Derry Noyes, will feature 16 Muppets characters: Big Bird, Ernie, Bert, Cookie Monster, Rosita, The Count, Oscar the Grouch, Abby Cadabby, Herry Monster, Julia, Guy Smiley, Snuffleupagus, Elmo, Telly, Grover and Zoe. "The Postal Service honors Sesame Street as one of the most influential and beloved children’s television shows. For the last 50 years, it has provided educational programming and entertainment for generations of children throughout the country and around the world," the service said.T. rex stamps were designed with original artwork by scientist Julius T. Csotonyi. They feature a face-to-face encounter with a T. rex, a young adult T. rex with a young Triceratops, and a newly hatched T. rex covered with downy feathers and a bare-skinned juvenile T. rex chasing a primitive mammal."Spooky silhouette" stamps will be made available in time for the Halloween season, and feature artwork by Tyler Land and Greg Breeding.USPS did not say when the stamps would be released to the public for purchase — so you have time to find an envelope and figure out what to write. A 20-year-old woman, who in August was pronounced dead and later found to be breathing in a Detroit funeral home, died on Sunday, an attorney representing the woman's family said.Timesha Beauchamp died Sunday of brain damage at Children's Hospital, Fieger said."Our whole family is devastated. This is the second time our beloved Timesha has been pronounced dead — but this time, she isn't coming back," Beauchamp's family said in a statement.On Aug. 23, Southfield Fire Department paramedics responded to a home after receiving a call about an unresponsive woman. When they arrived, the department's fire chief said Beauchamp wasn't breathing. After about 30 minutes of standard revival efforts, first responders determined that Beauchamp was deceased."Because there was no indication of foul play, as per standard operating procedure, the Oakland County Medical Examiner's Office was contacted and given the medical data. The patient was again determined to have expired and the body was released directly to the family to make arrangements with a funeral home of their choosing," the chief said in a statement in August.Hours later, the staff at the James H. Cole funeral home realized Beauchamp was still breathing. (KGTV) -- Video shows the suspected Holy Fire arsonist talking to firefighters before being arrested.51-year-old Forrest Gordon Clark was arrested by sheriff’s deputies and booked into the Orange County Jail Wednesday.In the video, Clark can be seen speaking with firefighters and accusing them of stealing his money. Clark was booked on two counts of felony arson, one count of felony threat to terrorize and one count of misdemeanor resisting arrest.RELATED: Suspect linked to wildfire in Cleveland National Forest arrested in Orange CountyClark is being held on million bail. (KGTV) - The mother of two girls found dead in their San Bernardino County home will be charged with their murders when she is released from the hospital, Ontario police said Thursday. Officers said Linda Nguyen, 47, was placed under arrest and will be booked when she is medically cleared. She is currently unresponsive, police said. The bodies of Nguyen’s daughters, aged 4 months and 14 years, were discovered by their father Tuesday when he returned home from work. Among the evidence were two suicides notes written by Nguyen “indicating that she intended to kill the children and to kill herself," police Sgt. Bill Russell told reporters. "We do know that the mother was dealing with depression prior to the incident and had dealt with that in the past," he said.
