They spoke with Sweep and Granzier, who both speak and read English.Police say the men understood the posted "no trespassing" signs, and claim they wanted to "look" at Area 51. Sweep and Granzier allegedly had cameras and a drone in their car.The men were arrested and taken to the Nye County Detention Center.In an interview at the jail, Sweep said he received instructions from a gas station attendant at Area 51 Alien Center, a tourist attraction near the site, on where to go to get a good view of Area 51. He claims he had no intention of crossing into the restricted federal property. He said they were in an argument because he wouldn't buy her a plane ticket home to New York.Wolfe denied making the purchase. Then her boyfriend reported the charge to his credit card company as fraudulent, saying he believes she was drunk or trying to get back at him.Clear Sky Cafe, where the tip was given, was notified the purchase was fraudulent on Monday, and they had already paid out their waitress for the amount of ,000 for the tip and .37 for the food.Wolfe voluntarily handed over the card she used to deputies and was arrested for grand theft.It is unclear at this time whether or not the server will get to keep the money. 1067

Yvonne Staples, one of the four members of the famed gospel and R&B group the Staples Singers, died on Tuesday at the age of 80, a family spokesperson confirmed to NPR. A cause of death has not been announced. The Staples Singers had several No. 1 hits in the 1970s, including "I'll Take You There" and "Let's Do It Again." The group comprised of Yvonne Staples, and sisters Mavis and Cleotha and brother Pervis. The group was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1999. The Staples Singers also earned a Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2005 Grammys. Yvonne's sister Cleotha died in 2013. Yvonne Staples was survived by her brother Pervis, and Mavis, who is coming off a tour with Bob Dylan.  766
