SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - A 16-year-old boy with a remote-controlled car tried to send 50 packages of methamphetamine across the border, U.S. Border Patrol agents said Tuesday. Agents were guarding the U.S.-Mexico border Sunday at 12:30 a.m. when they saw a person with two duffel bags walking along the secondary border wall. One of the agents who responded to the scene saw the boy hiding in thick brush. He had a remote-controlled car and 55 pounds of meth, agents said. The boy was arrested and will face smuggling charges. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — A 20-year-old woman claims she was sexually assaulted for about 20 minutes during a Lyft ride in June.She's identified as Jane Roe in a civil lawsuit filed by Estey & Bomberger, LLP on Thursday. Roe tells 10News she has a disability and is unable to drive, she relies on Lyft to get to and from UCSD and around San Diego on a daily basis."I would use Lyft every day for about a year and a half," said Roe.
