Amazon’s results?help to complete a picture of the public cloud market for?2016. A new report from?Synergy Research Group?shows Amazon maintaining more than 40 percent market share amid a big?jump?in the overall size of the market. Amazon’s physical book publishing business, while stunted because of many booksellers’ reluctance to stock the brand, is seeing growth, too, Belle said. Publisher’s Weekly reports that while most authors understand that a vast majority of their sales will come from Amazon.com, Belle said he’s been “pleasantly surprised by the progress we’re seeing.”
