According to police, the incident happened on the 2400 block of Hopkins Street just after 2 a.m. Police say the 30-year-old was attending a party at a nearby home when an unknown suspect or suspects shot him several times. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — Police have identified the man stabbed to death in a Pacific Beach bathroom this week.San Diego Police said officers were called on Sunday to a public restroom at 700 Grand Ave. to reports of a man who had been stabbed. Nearby lifeguards and firefighters were the first to arrive and started providing first aid to the man.Police said the victim, 39-year-old Michael Wagley, had puncture wounds to his upper torso and was taken to a nearby hospital, but died of his injuries. "We just can't wait until the exhibit gets going, as well as the theater. We've missed everyone so much."The Fleet Science Center is a hands-on museum, and because of that, major safety precautions will be in place.
