BEIJING, Oct. 23 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Liu Zhenmin and Southeast Asian diplomats will gather in Bangkok late this month to discuss the formulation of a Code of Conduct (COC) in the South China Sea, a spokeswoman said on Thursday.
Both sides agreed to develop people-to-people exchanges into the third pillar for China-France relations after the other two mechanisms, namely the Strategic Dialogue and the Economic and Financial Dialogue, Liu added.
"A country should be judged not by its size but by whether its actions are compatible with international justice," he added.
Saturday's success is another step forward for China's ambition that could eventually land a Chinese citizen there. Few countries can rival China's space program although China never intended to participate in any "space race".
In fact, a nine-year old Chinese boy who received such donation, met with the donor family last week as part of promotion of people- to-people engagement.
