NANNING, Sept. 15 (Xinhua) - Chinese Vice Premier Zhang Gaoli on Monday met with leaders of six Southeast Asian countries who will attend the annal expo between China and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) in Nanning city, south China.

The two leaders welcomed the swap arrangement between the People' s Bank of China and the Central Bank of Sri Lanka to promote financial cooperation and agreed to enhance the cooperation in customs and quarantine procedures, and quality inspection to facilitate trade, it said.

China is willing to strengthen coordination with Kazakhstan in international and regional affairs to bring the two countries' comprehensive strategic partnership to a higher level, Li added.

Ghani, who is paying his first foreign visit after taking office last month, said Afghanistan views China as a reliable strategic partner and admires China's stability and development.
