TELLER COUNTY, Colo. — Patrick Frazee, the man accused of killing his 29-year-old fiancée, Colorado mom Kelsey Berreth, was formally charged with murder Monday morning. The 4th Judicial District Attorney Dan May said he filed two counts of first-degree murder and three counts of solicitation. The Federal Aviation Administration will begin its own investigation of a deadly plane crash at an airport in Addison, Texas, in which a private plane crashed into a hangar Sunday killing all 10 people aboard, the FAA said in a statement.Addison spokesman Ed Martelle told CNN that the private plane was leaving the airport when it veered into the hangar before bursting into flames Sunday morning shortly after 9 a.m. local time.National Transportation Safety Board Chairman Bruce Landsberg told reporters during a news conference Sunday night that two victims were members of the flight crew and the other eight were passengers on the Beechcraft Super King Air 350 aircraft.The victims have not yet been identified as authorities are still notifying their families, Landsberg said.Members of the NTSB arrived on the scene to investigate the crash Sunday afternoon and began assessing the damage to the plane immediately, Jennifer Rodi, senior air safety investigator with the NTSB, told reporters.The plane suffered damage from the force of the impact and the fire that broke out after the crash, Rodi said.Rodi said the NTSB is aware of three videos of the incident and is currently reviewing them. The CEO of Wawa is apologizing after the convenience store chain became a center of a massive data breach.According to an open letter from Wawa CEO Chris Gheysens, the company discovered malware on Wawa's payment processing servers between December 10 and 12 of 2019. Gheysens said in the letter that the same malware affected customer payment card information used "at potentially all Wawa locations beginning March 4, 2019 and until it was contained."The malware accessed customers' payment card information, including credit and debit card numbers, expiration dates and cardholder names at potentially inside the store and at the self-serve pumps, according to Wawa."At this time, we believe this malware no longer poses a risk to Wawa customers using payment cards at Wawa, and this malware never posed a risk to our ATM cash machines," Gheysens said in the letter.Wawa said although the dates may vary and some Wawa locations may not have been affected at all, the malware was present on most store systems by mid April of 2019.
