A judge has granted New England Patriot's owner Robert Kraft's motion to suppress surveillance video recorded in the charges of alleged prostitution against him, dealing a major blow to prosecutors in the case. Law enforcement collected an array of evidence against Hua Zhang and Lei Wang, two of the alleged "madams" in the case. The list of evidence spans several pages for both, and includes "0,000 in US currency," "documents obtained from trash pull," "paper napkins with seminal fluid" and receipts to the business. Both Zhang and Wang are facing multiple felonies as a result of the investigation. Records released Monday also show Hua Zhang bought the spa in 2009. According to Zhang's son, she purchased the day spa after working there as an employee. Several officers were involved "tactical ruse" used to install the covert surveillance cameras used in the "sneak and peek" warrant on Jan. 17, 2019. Jupiter Police borrowed the hidden cameras from the Martin County Sheriff's Office, and a deputy also helped with their installation. The night that investigators installed the cameras at the day spa, no one came out of the spa until after Hua Zhang and Lei Wang drove into the parking lot. Wang told officers that she was watching the spa through her security cameras being transmitted on her cellphone and that there were two women inside. She claimed that she was coming from a party to pick them up, despite that "she was dressed in a grey robe."Also, Wang's vehicle, a white Mercedes, "was under surveillance and had come from her residence in Hobe Sound." Law enforcement was on-scene at the spa the night the hidden cameras were installed from 11:00 PM until 1:30 AM. The hidden cameras were removed five days later, on January 22. It's unclear how police removed the cameras after having to create a "tactical ruse" to install them in the first place. Officials said that the Jupiter Police Dept. is planning to release several hundred photos from the investigation. A British family has filed a complaint with the Department of Homeland Security over their detention by US immigration authorities, after saying they accidentally crossed the US border while vacationing in Canada, an account that has been strongly disputed by US officials.The family of seven, which includes a three-month-old baby, were detained earlier this month. They said that they ended up in the US after taking a wrong turn from British Columbia into Washington.A senior US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) official, however, told CNN that by all appearances on the ground, the family was trying to get into the US undetected.In the complaint, the family said they have been "traumatized" by the experience. In a sworn statement, the family described the baby being forced to sleep on a "filthy concrete floor" in "frigid temperatures" during their first night in custody.The family said they crossed the border on October 3, after making a "very brief detour on an unmarked road to avoid an animal on the road" that landed them in the United States.Immigration officials tell a different version of the story. CBP released a statement on Tuesday evening further explaining the incident:"A vehicle was observed via remote video surveillance system turning west onto Avenue 0 in British Columbia, Canada, at approximately 9 p.m., Oct. 2. The vehicle then turned south and entered the U.S. illegally, by slowly and deliberately driving through a ditch onto Boundary Road in Blaine, Washington. The vehicle traveled west on Boundary Road continuing on the United States' side, and was pulled over by a Border Patrol agent a short time later. The seven occupants of the vehicle, who are citizens of the United Kingdom, were arrested at approximately 9:13 p.m., in accordance with law as established by the Immigration and Nationality Act for illegally entering the United States without inspection."The CBP senior official told CNN that the group had ,000 in cash on them when they were arrested.A second CBP official told CNN that the two adult men in the group had previously applied to enter the US under the ESTA Visa Waiver Program, but had their applications refused in March 2018. Sally Owens is one patient undergoing ketamine treatment. “You feel secure in and grounded, even though you're in a dream state,” Owens says of the treatment. “And in an hour, you come out of it and you're feeling better.” The retired nurse started getting IV ketamine treatments after fighting depression with antidepressants for most of her adult life, with no success. But after two sessions at Vitalitas, a Denver ketamine infusion center, she saw results. “I was doing more things around the house and getting out and and doing more things with friends,” she says. Owens says she’s excited to hear the FDA is considering a more accessible, less potent nasal spray similar to ketamine. “You could essentially think of esketamine as half of ketamine,” describes Dr. Roman Langston, who treats patients with ketamine. Esketamine would be for people with severe depression who haven't benefited from at least two different therapies, the doctor says. 300 million people around the world are affected by severe depression. Drug makers hope the spray can help 30 to 40 percent of patients, who don't respond to antidepressants. Antidepressants can take weeks to take effect, while they say nasal spray benefits start after four hours. Dr. Langston says FDA approval could make more people comfortable using the drug, commonly known as a party drug. Right now, it's not covered by insurance. A Japanese space probe has successfully fired a "bullet" into an asteroid as part of a mission to collect rock samples from the celestial body.The projectile disturbed material from the exterior of asteroid Ryugu which then floated from its surface due to the weak gravitational field.These particles were successfully collected by the probe, according to Japan's space agency JAXA, which announced that the Hayabusa 2 craft had successfully touched down on on the asteroid on Friday morning Japanese time.JAXA scientists had expected to find a powdery surface on Ryugu, but tests showed that the asteroid is covered in larger gravel.As a result the team had to carry out a simulation to test whether the projectile would be capable of disturbing enough material to be collected by what scientists call a "sample horn," which protrudes from the underside of the probe.This video shows the success of a December 28 test, which green-lit the asteroid landing.The team is planning a total of three sampling events over the next few weeks.Hayabusa 2 will depart Ryugu in December 2019 and return to Earth by the end of 2020 with its precious cargo of samples, which will be analyzed by scientists such as John Bridges, a professor of planetary science at the University of Leicester, UK.Bridges, who was also involved in the first Hayabusa mission, told CNN via telephone on Thursday that the event was "nail-biting stuff" due to the extreme precision involved in landing on Ryugu."This is a significant mission," said Bridges.
