SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- San Diego County is suspending enforcement of restaurant closures following a Wednesday court ruling.Superior Court Judge Joel R. Wohlfeil issued an injunction prohibiting a cease-and-desist order from being enforced on strip clubs and "San Diego County businesses with restaurant service.” At a hearing on Thursday, Wohlfeil said his ruling encompasses all restaurants, not just strip clubs.In November, the county fell into the state’s purple tier, forcing eateries to cease indoor operations. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — San Diego Police are searching for a gunman after one person was shot and injured in the Logan Heights area on Sunday.Police said a 24-year-old man was sitting on his porch at 2248 Ocean View Blvd. when a vehicle drove up. A suspect exited the passenger side of the vehicle and fire one shot, hitting the victim in the buttocks.The suspect got back in the vehicle and fled the scene.The victim was taken to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.SDPD officers are investigating the shooting. 532

SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- San Diegans across the county witnessing a row of fluttering lights in the night sky were left pondering possibilities, including the existence of aliens and, well, Santa.SpaceX launched 60 new Starlink satellites into orbit Monday night. The Starlink satellites are part of Elon Musk's mission to create a space-based broadband internet system.
