The price and release date of the next PlayStation console was revealed Wednesday.During the PlayStation 5 showcase, Sony announced that the PS5 will launch on Nov. 12 in the US, Japan, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, and South Korea. Boarding a flight can sometimes be a long process, and if you’re flying internationally, it can take even longer. However, thanks to new technology, you can soon say goodbye to those long wait times. It's called facial biometrics, and essentially, travelers’ faces are their boarding passes. One of the companies behind the facial recognition technology at the airport is SITA. A machine scans the traveler’s face right before you board, ensuring the right people are getting on the plane. "There is an element of enhanced confidence in your flight about who is on your flight from this activity," says Janice Kephart, former National Security Director says. That's because U.S. Customs and Border Protection, along with SITA, uses your face against terror watch lists and illegal aliens. "In the first two months, we've got 62 imposters that we could’ve missed, because human beings are pretty lousy when it comes to determining imposters," says Colleen Manaher, executive director of U.S. Customs and Borders Protection. Manaher says biometric technology is enhancing traveler safety and convenience at airports around the country. The agency hopes one day TSA will jump on board with using facial biometrics. The new technology is currently being used at airports in Miami, Orlando and Atlanta. 1316

The case has received widespread attention once authorities revealed Kraft’s involvement in the investigation. However, the case stretches far beyond the billionaire and South Florida. "I think it's very safe to say without any hyperbole that this is the tip of the tip of the iceberg,” said Sheriff William Snyder of the Martin County Sheriff’s Office. So far, 25 people have been charged with solicitation, and police believe hundreds of others could be arrested. In just three months, the investigation has already uncovered a multi-million dollar international scheme that stretches from China to New York City and Palm Beach, Florida. "It's about time the country has a real conversation about human trafficking, which is modern day slavery in our midst,” said Dave Aronberg, state attorney for Palm Beach County, in a recent presser. “This is not about lonely old men or victimless crimes.” Amanda Finger, the executive director of the Laboratory to Combat Human Trafficking, says unfortunately, this isn't the only type of trafficking they've seen. “You also see cases that involve tourism industry that involve people in the western slope, who are forced into farm work ranchers,” Finger says. Many organizations consider human trafficking the world's fastest growing crime. The most common form is sex trafficking, and the industry pulls in an estimated billion each year. According to the United Nations, most of the victims are women and girls. Finger says any community can be impacted, so she helps people and organizations recognize red flags, like poor living conditions and ways people spend money. “If they ever talk about needing to give it back to someone else, someone else is controlling their money, someone else is controlling their documentation and they don't have their ID on them,” Finger says of signs someone may be a victim. Ohio has been added to the Ohio Department of Health’s COVID-19 Travel Advisory map, meaning the state is recommending Ohioans avoid traveling to Ohio, and those entering Ohio after traveling from Ohio are advised to self-quarantine in Ohio for 14 days.Obviously, outside of The Matrix or a Christopher Nolan movie, this is physically impossible. To be clear, you are free to move about the state, but the ODH recommends staying home except for necessary trips.The ODH included this statement on this week's travel advisory: "This is the first week since April where Ohio’s positivity for COVID-19 has increased above 15%. The state has seen record levels of cases, deaths, and hospitalizations in the past week, and all Ohioans can help to limit the spread and impact of this virus. This includes recommendations to stay at home except for necessary trips for supplies, consistent mask-wearing when around others, and frequent hand washing. Together we can help stop the spread of COVID-19."Ohio was added to its own travel advisory map because, as ODH states, the 7-day rolling average positivity rate for COVID-19 tests in the state rose above 15% for the first time since April this week. Any state with a positivity rate above 15% is put on the map, and the ODH recommends against travel to those states with high positivity.The positivity rate is an indicator of how much COVID-19 there is in a community, ODH states, and comes from state-level aggregate data from The COVID Tracking Project. Donald Prichard said Miami-Dade police Capt. Tyrone White was killed in a two-vehicle crash about 1 p.m. along Griffin Road in Cooper City.
