TEMECULA, Calif. (KGTV) -- Border Patrol agents arrested a man Sunday after discovering more than 0,000 worth of drugs hidden inside his SUV. According to Border Patrol, agents spotted a man in a Ford Expedition swerving in and out of lanes on I-15 near Temecula around 11:15 Sunday. A short distance later, agents stopped the man and questioned the driver when the agency says a K-9 alerted agents that there may be drugs inside the vehicle. After a search, agents discovered six bundles of cocaine and two bundles of black tar heroin inside a panel behind the driver’s side rear-quarter panel. Another search at a nearby station revealed eight more bundles of cocaine and two more bundles of the heroin. The value of the cocaine is estimated to have a street value of 4,000 and the heroin’s value is estimated at ,700. The 39-year-old man, who agents say is a U.S. citizen, was arrested for possession of narcotics. The battle over the sale of the Confederate flag at the Lorain County Fair reached yet another peak after a vandal posted a Confederate flag on a billboard protesting its sale.The billboard is one of three purchased by the Fair Minded Coalition of Lorain County which urges residents to "say no" to the sale of the Confederate flag at the fair. Coalition member Jeanine Donaldson said she believes someone posting the flag on a coalition billboard is further proof of how it divides a community."To my family and other African-Americans it symbolizes hate, torture and terror," Donaldson said. The body of a New Jersey man, whose body was recovered 1,500 feet underwater in California, is considered to be the deepest recovery ever performed in the United States and Canada, officials say.According to the South Lake Tahoe Police Department, 29-year-old Ryan Normoyle rented a boat on Lake Tahoe on Aug. 10.That evening, Ryan's rental boat washed ashore in Glenbrook, Nevada, but Normoyle wasn't on it.On the boat, the department said they found Normoyle's phone, which recorded Ryan jumping off the boat into the lake. The video also showed the boat drifting away, which the department said was because Ryan had left in gear.The New York Times reported that the camera captured Normoyle trying to swim to the boat for about two minutes before disappearing from the frame.With the help of GPS data captured from Ryan's phone while recorded, the South Lake Tahoe Fire Department, Douglas County Sheriff's Office, the Washoe County Marine Unit, and the University of California Davis Research Team helped in the search. On Sept. 23, the nonprofit Bruce's Legacy, which specializes in underwater recovery, was called in by Ryan's family to aid in the investigation.In a blog post, Bruce's Legacy founder Keith Cormican detailed how winds chased them off the lake around noon, and on the second day, they ran into electrical issues. Not wanting to give up, Cormican used sonar on the ROV after losing power to it.After a few hours, a body image, which was identified as Ryan's, showed up on the sonar at 1,551 feet. Unfortunately, they lost hold of him and weren't able to bring him to the surface, but on Sept. 27, they found Ryan at 1,565 feet, and after two hours, the crew pulled up Normoyle's body, by hand, to the surface.According to the police department, Cormican said this was the deepest recorded recovery in the United States and Canada.
