Scharf said in a memo released this week that “there is a very limited pool of black talent to recruit from” in corporate America. The lawyers filed papers Thursday in federal court in Manhattan to repel an effort by the Boy Scouts to toss out a 2-year-old trademark infringement lawsuit.
