TIJUANA (KGTV) -- Mexico's president, Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, spoke at a unity rally on Saturday evening, just hours after coming to an agreement with the U.S. avoiding tariffs on Mexican goods. The deal was announced Friday night. In his speech, Lopez Obrador said Mexico is open to collaboration. In his speech to a crowd of thousands, the president said the tariffs would have impacted both economies. The agreement means Mexico will send 6,000 troops to its southern border with Guatemala to help control migration and vowing to crack down on human trafficking and smuggling networks. "However, as we review ongoing and concerning trends in COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations in Oklahoma, we want to exercise an abundance of caution to help control the spread of the virus in our community. Therefore, the Thunder has made the decision to begin the season without fans in the arena."The Utah Jazz announced that they would allow a limited number of fans at their home games. According to KSTU, Vivint Arena will allow 1,500 fans in the suites and lower bowl.
