GLENDALE, Wisconsin -- A woman filed a civil lawsuit against four members of the Glendale Police Department. The suit filed in federal court is demanding million.She claims the investigation into a dog attack that took place in March 2017 was not handled properly. The suit claims the woman was attacked by a 3-year-old Presa Canario and suffered injuries to her head, back and wrist that required more than 140 medical treatments, including 11 staples in her scalp, puncture wounds on her back and an injured wrist, which needed three surgeries to fix.A police report from the incident claims that her hand was "completely covered in blood and her hair appeared to be blood soaked."The woman also claimed the attack resulted in emotional trauma.The dog qas temporarily quarantined for 10 days. The woman also claims that police were not aware of procedure for dog attacks.The woman no charges were filed in the incident, and when she called repeatedly for an update in the investigation, a sergeant told her that "f you don't like the way we handle this get yourself an attorney and sue us."Both the Glendale police chief and the city's attorney declined to comment, citing pending litigation.Glendale City Attorney John Fuchs issued the following statement."She went into the dog's yard and approached the dog. FULLERTON, Calif. (AP) — The Los Angeles Dodgers say Hall of Fame manager Tom Lasorda has been hospitalized in Southern California. The Dodgers said Sunday that their 93-year-old former manager was in intensive care and resting comfortably at a hospital in Orange County. Lasorda lives in Fullerton. He attended the team’s Game 6 victory over the Tampa Bay Rays on Oct. 27 in Texas that clinched the Dodgers’ first World Series title since 1988. But MoviePass isn't spending nearly as much to get Moviefone. Think of it as Uber-style surge pricing, but for movies.And Cinemark unveiled Movie Club, a monthly plan that lets people buy a movie ticket a month for a discounted price of .99, last year.That deal obviously isn't as good as the one a day plan offered by MoviePass. But Cinemark will also allow Movie Club members to roll over unused tickets every month, bring friends at the lower price and offers bargains on concession stand items.Lowe isn't too concerned about competition though.
