Aldon Smith, who was the NFC's Defensive Player of the Year, has a warrant out for his arrest on Monday after a possible domestic incident from the weekend, the San Francisco Chronicle reported. Smith is wanted on charges of misdemeanor domestic violence, assault with force likely to cause great bodily injury, false imprisonment and vandalism, the Chronicle reported. Earlier the in the day, the Oakland Raiders released Smith. The incident in question was reportedly Saturday evening, and the victim identified Smith as the suspect. TMZ reported that Smith checked into a rehab facility on Monday. Smith has had frequent encounters with law enforcement. A Norwalk, Ohio man and Sunday school teacher is facing charges after having inappropriate sexual contact with a child in a church basement.Kenneth Rose is charged with gross sexual imposition of a child. He was the children's director at Milan Friends Church in Milan Township and had been volunteering there for six months.Rose is being held without bond while the Erie County Sheriff's Office investigates what exactly went on inside the church and if more than one child was involved.Two alleged incidents were reported by one child who was in his program. The girl said both incidents happened while her parents were in regular church service. One happened on Feb. 25, the other on March 18. "There was inappropriate sexual contact, so there was touching involved," Detective Sergeant Dennis Papineau with the Erie County Sheriff's Department said. He said the young girl went to her father and told him what her Sunday school teacher did to her."There was spanking involved," Detective Sergeant Papineau said. It happened in the church's basement, when no other kids were around."When this actually occurred, they were by themselves."Rose admitted guilt to investigators immediately. "He was cooperative with the investigation."Scripps station WEWS in Cleveland talked to the pastor of the church, Paul Campbell, on the phone. He didn't want to go on camera, but said the church is cooperating with investigators and trying to be as transparent as possible. Pastor Campbell said Rose never should have been with children alone, and they still aren't sure how this happened. Campbell said there were no other incidents reported to them. Rose is not listed as a sex offender and does not have a criminal history. Campbell said they're already talking about what they can do to make sure this never happens again. "This is an active investigation, and if there are any other victims we are asking them to come forward," Detective Sergeant Papineau said. 2084

In a recent interview with the Los Angeles Times, Cattrall has said that she is not interested in returning to the series.The original series ran for six seasons on HBO and spawned two movies. ALPINE, Calif. (KGTV) - The San Diego Sheriff’s Department is looking for the people responsible for breaking into the Children's Nature Retreat in Alpine and setting several animals loose.The break-in happened between Saturday night and early morning hours of Sunday morning, according to Anges Barrelet, the CEO of the Children's Nature Retreat Foundation.The non-profit houses farm livestock, as well as exotic animals.Barrelet says the intruders didn’t steal anything but cut open two enclosures. There are more than a 130 animals in the roughly 20 acres property, and they set more than a dozen animals loose.Some of them were injured by cages on the way out, getting cuts and scrapes, but the staff was able to put them all back into their enclosures.None of the animals escaped the perimeter fencing."It's completely ridiculous, and it's awful,” Barrelet said. "They put those animals in danger."The enclosures have been temporarily patched up, but Barrelet says they had to close to the public for a few days until the fences can be properly repaired. She says it’s just not safe to have visitors at the park until the barriers can be fixed.The Children's Nature Retreat hopes to reopen next week. 1213
