A Chicago house party devolved into chaos when a dispute led to the shootings of 13 people -- possibly at random, police said.The 13 victims range from 16 to about 48 years old, said Fred Waller, chief of the Chicago Police Bureau of Patrol.Four of the victims -- including the 16-year-old -- are hospitalized in critical condition. ROUTT COUNTY, Colo. — Austin Eubanks, who survived the Columbine High School massacre and inspired others to overcome addiction later in life, was found dead at his home in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, overnight, the Routt County Coroner confirmed Saturday afternoon. He was 37 years old. Routt County Coroner Rob Ryg confirmed to KMGH that Eubanks died either late Friday night or early Saturday morning. There were no signs of foul play, Ryg said. An autopsy will be performed Monday morning to determine the cause of death. In a statement, his family said Eubanks "lost the battle with the very disease he fought so hard to help others face. Helping to build a community of support is what meant the most to Austin, and we plan to continue his work. Test results later indicated that the girl had a BAC of 0.25, which is over three times the legal limit for an adult behind the wheel.The mother told police that she left the child with a family member while she went to work. When the mother picked up her daughter, she noticed that the baby “was very tired and not acting herself” and she was getting worse.Police were told a family member might have put liquor in a bottle to get the child to stop crying and fall asleep, according to the report.Cleveland police detectives are investigating the case. 1119
