MEXICO CITY (AP) — Authorities in northern Mexico say they have identified bodies found in a well as two missing tourists from the United States. The Baja California state prosecutor’s office said in a statement Monday that the victims were identified as retirees Ian Hirschsohn and Kathy Harvey. Their disappearances were reported to authorities Sept. 2. Meanwhile, at the southern end of the Baja Peninsula, the Baja California Sur state prosecutor’s office said that the body of 65-year-old Craig Harrison was found on the beach in Cabo Pulmo Saturday evening. That could mean litigation over the counting procedures.Each states' elector will cast their vote on December 14. (KGTV) -- A Marine Corps helicopter crashed during a routine training mission over the El Centro area Tuesday afternoon, according to officials. The CH-53E Super Stallion helicopter from 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing crashed around 2:35 p.m. Four crew members were aboard the aircraft.In a press release, the Marine Corps wrote that the status of all four crew members is, "presumed dead pending positive identification."The cause of the crash is currently under investigation. MEXICO CITY (AP) — Mexico has reached a deal with the United States to pay the shortfall in its annual contribution of water from border-area rivers, by transferring rights to water held in border dams that normally supply cities and towns downstream. The agreement announced Thursday allows Mexico to meet the Oct. 24 deadline which, if missed, could have endangered a cross-border water-sharing treaty that greatly benefits Mexico.
