(AP) — Wisconsin has finished its recount of votes cast in this month’s presidential election, with only miniscule changes in the results that saw Democrat Joe Biden defeat Republican Donald Trump in the battleground state.Dane County, which includes the state capital of Madison, reported only small changes in its vote totals on Sunday, mirroring the earlier results of the recount conducted in Milwaukee County.Trump gained 45 votes in Dane County, according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.Biden won the state by nearly 20,600 votes and his margin in Milwaukee and Dane counties was about 2-to-1.As a result of the million recount, which was paid for by the Trump campaign, Biden’s lead over Trump in the swing state actually grew by 87 votes, The Washington Post reports.Trump’s next move in Wisconsin will likely be in court. Mail bomb suspect Cesar Sayoc will be held without bond after making his first appearance Tuesday in a federal court in New York.The defense issued no objection to US Magistrate Judge Robert Lehrburger's decision. Sayoc's preliminary hearing was originally scheduled for Monday, but as courts are closed on Veteran's Day, his hearing has been rescheduled for Tuesday morning.In a letter, prosecutors had said they were asking that Sayoc be held without bond, based on his flight risk and the danger they said he posed to the community.Sayoc, who spent Monday night at the federal Metropolitan Correctional Center in Manhattan after a charter transport flight from Florida, entered the courtroom wearing a navy blue prison uniform with a beige T-shirt underneath. He did not wear handcuffs or shackles.He conferred with public defender Sarah Jane Baumgartel, who sat next to him, and answered the judge's questions. Lehrburger officially appointed Baumgartel as his counsel.After the appearance, Sayoc and Baumgartel embraced before law enforcement officers led Sayoc out of the courtroom.The 56-year-old faces five federal charges: interstate transportation of an explosive, illegal mailing of explosives, threats against former presidents and other persons, threatening interstate communications and assaulting current and former federal officers.Sayoc is accused of sending at least 16 mail bombs to several targets, including CNN, former President Barack Obama and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. None of the devices detonated, and no one was injured. MARSHALL, Minn. — A couple in Minnesota wore red face masks emblazoned with swastikas to a Walmart in a video posted on social media.Police were called Saturday to the Walmart in Marshall, in the southwest part of the state, on a report that two shoppers were wearing the mask with the symbol used by the Nazi Party.The Star Tribune reports another shopper, who is a vicar of a southwest Minnesota parish, posted a video on Facebook of the man and woman being confronted by others in the store."If you vote for Biden you're gonna be in Nazi Germany. That's what it's going to be like," one of the masked shoppers said in the video, which was posted to Facebook.Marshall police gave the couple no-trespass notices but did not cite or arrest them.Walmart says the Arkansas-based retailer "will not tolerate any form of discrimination or harassment" in its business."What happened today at our store in Marshall, MN is unacceptable.
