DENVER — The Director of Product Strategy and Security at Dominion Voting Systems Inc, Eric Coomer, filed a lawsuit in Colorado this week against the Donald J. Oltmann attributed statements made on the alleged call, of which there's no recording, to Coomer, the lawsuit states.From there, Oltmann widely distributed the claims, which quickly spread across media sources, the lawsuit states. The suit goes on to say the President began publishing numerous false statements alleging Dominion interfered with the election; his son and campaign surrogate, Eric Trump, tweeted a photo of Coomer alongside the claims; and the President’s campaign lawyers identified Coomer in a nationally televised press conference where they described him as a “vicious, vicious man” who “is close to Antifa.”“The widespread dissemination of false conspiracy theories about the 2020 presidential election has had devastating consequences both for me personally and for many of the thousands of American election workers and officials, both Republican and Democratic, who put aside their political beliefs to run free, fair, and transparent elections. (KGTV) - Cal Fire completed even more training this year, this time integrated with other agencies, sharpening their firefighting skills.Cal Fire sprang into action Wednesday, attacking the Vista Fire in Dehesa."I was shocked, so many helicopters, dropping off so many bodies, when you looked at the hill, gosh I don't think I'm exaggerating when I say there were 100 firefighters on that hill," neighbor Sherry German said.When the fire started, German's dog Joey let her know something was wrong. When she let him out, she heard the sirens coming, turned and saw the flames right next-door."I panicked when I saw the flames, I told my husband I'm out of here, I'm grabbing the dog, I'm grabbing my work and I'm out of here," German said.Some of the force fighting that fire took off from the Ramona Air Attack Base. On the tarmac perch two planes equipped to make retardant drops, a guide plane for the air buses, two tanks holding 50,000 gallons of retardant mixed with water, ready to go. They also have more than a dozen bags of red retardant powder, each weighing a ton.They used two and a half bags in the Vista Fire fight."This is the peak part of our season so we're definitely staffed up and ready to go, Cal Fire has a ton of resources," Public Information Officer Thomas Shoots said. (KGTV) -- A plan meant to increase safety along Del Mar's famous coastal bluffs is being met with deep resistance by residents, surfers and walkers.North County Transit District says it has obtained grants to fund building a fence to protect the train tracks on the bluffs. It would aim to end 100 years of people illegally crossing the tracks to get down to the beach or take in the views.The district says it would help prevent erosion and increase safety - six people have been hit by trains in Del Mar in the last two years. RELATED: Del Mar bluff collapses for second time since AugustThe Del Mar City Council will discuss the proposal at its meeting Monday. "They put a fence up there it's not going to stop me," said Chris Gable, a longtime Del Mar surfer. "I understand it's a safety hazard since they're upping the frequency of the trains, but I don't think it's going to go over well."Del Mar Mayor Dwight Worden said the fencing is an overreaction.
