A contractor says the man suspected of killing a University of Utah student who vanished nearly two weeks ago had asked him to build a secret soundproof room in his home.Ayoola Ajayi, 31, was arrested Friday in connection with the disappearance of 23-year-old Mackenzie Lueck. A couple from New York is suing a fertility clinic after a woman gave birth to other couples' babies because of an IVF mixup, according to a federal lawsuit filed in US District Court.The mother, who is Asian, gave birth to two non-Asian babies, and each child was a genetic match to a different couple that was also a client at the fertility clinic, the lawsuit states. A landspout tornado briefly touched down in New Jersey on Saturday and the high winds flipped over a car.The tornado moved across a warehouse parking lot in Mount Laurel Township about 2 p.m. ET before overturning the car, the National Weather Service said.It also passed over a nearby warehouse building, causing minor roof damage."Portions of roof material were pulled back causing the roof to bow.
