(KGTV) — Attorneys who challenged the use of Sharpies to complete election ballots in Phoenix are dismissing their lawsuit, according to the Associated Press.Roopali Desai, an attorney for Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, told the AP she was notified Saturday that lawyers who filed the lawsuit are ending their case.The lawsuit stemmed from allegations that election equipment was not able to record a voter's ballot because she used a Sharpie to complete it. (KGTV) -- A large Hollywood-style Trump sign caught the attention of drivers in San Diego County throughout the day Wednesday.The massive sign could be seen along I-5 in the Del Mar area and comes just weeks after a similar sign was placed along the 405 freeway in the Sepulveda Pass.It’s unclear who placed the sign on the hillside or when it will be taken down.Watch video of the sign from Sky10 below:A similar incident happened in early October as drivers noticed an identical sign along the 405.That sign was taken down by Caltrans.
