A man opened fire outside a federal courthouse in Dallas on Monday before he was shot and killed by federal officers, authorities said.No officers or other citizens were injured in the shooting on the south side of the Earle Cabell Federal Building, police said.The gunman, identified as Brian Isaack Clyde, 22, was taken to a hospital where he was declared dead, according to FBI special agent in charge Matthew J. A landspout tornado briefly touched down in New Jersey on Saturday and the high winds flipped over a car.The tornado moved across a warehouse parking lot in Mount Laurel Township about 2 p.m. ET before overturning the car, the National Weather Service said.It also passed over a nearby warehouse building, causing minor roof damage."Portions of roof material were pulled back causing the roof to bow.
