A gender discrimination lawsuit filed by members of the US women's soccer team against the US Soccer Federation has been scheduled for trial starting May 5, a spokeswoman for the players said."We are pleased with the expeditious schedule that has been set by the court and we are eager to move forward this case," Molly Levinson, spokeswoman for the players, said Tuesday. Police entered the home and found a man, later identified as Albert Chernoff, partially tied to the bed with a massive head wound and several slashes to his chest. He was pronounced dead at the scene.A female was seen leaving the property before police arrived, and police released surveillance video from inside the home in an attempt to identify her.
