(KGTV) -- Audio captured inside a video game tournament in Jacksonville, Florida reveals the moments a mass shooting took place. Throughout what was a live stream, shots can be heard ringing out inside the facility where the event, known as the Madden 19 Tournament, was taking place. The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office confirmed Sunday afternoon that several people are dead, including one shooter. KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The U.S. Marshals North Texas Fugitive Task Force arrested the man who designed Schlitterbahn’s Verruckt water slide. John Schooley, 72, was taken into custody Monday night at the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, according to a news release from the U.S. Marshals. Schooley arrived at DFW aboard a flight inbound from China. Schooley was indicted last week in connection with the 2016 death of 10-year-old Caleb Schwab. Authorities had been searching for Schooley since the indictment. He faces multiple charges including second-degree murder, aggravated battery, and aggravated endangering of a child. Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Jeffrey Wayne Henry, the co-owner of Schlitterbahn, Tyler Miles, the director of operations at the time of Caleb's death, and Henry & Sons Construction Company, Inc., the design and construction company for Verruckt, are also indicted in connection with Caleb's death. The U.S. Marshals said Schooley will be held in Texas pending arraignment and removal to Kansas.  1078

Judge Esther Salas, a US district judge in the state of New Jersey, spoke out for the first time since her son was shot and killed two weeks ago.Salas’ son Daniel Anderl was killed on Salas’ doorstep. He would have celebrated his 20th birthday this weekend."Two weeks ago, my life as I knew it changed in an instant and my family will never be the same. A madman, who I believe was targeting me because of my position as federal judge came to my house,” Judge Salas said.It is believed that Daniel protected his father Mark Anderl from the path of the bullets. The father survived the shooting, but was wounded three times.“As federal judges, we understand that our decisions will be scrutinized and some may disagree strongly with our rulings, but what we cannot accept is when we are forced to live in fear for our lives because personal information, like our home addresses, can be easily obtained by anyone seeking to do us or our families harm,” Salas said. “Unfortunately, for my family, the threat was real and the free flow of information from the internet allowed this sick and depraved human being to find all our personal information and target us.”The suspect, 72-year-old Roy Den Hollander, died by suicide after the shooting. Hollander was also suspected in the killing of Marc Angelucci, the vice president of the National Coalition for Men. Joe diGenova, an attorney for the Trump campaign, told a Boston radio host on Monday that fired cybersecurity director Christopher Krebs should be shot.The comments were made on an episode of "The Howie Carr Show," according to CNN.According to NBC News, diGenova called Krebs a "class A moron" and should be "taken out at dawn and shot."On Tuesday, according to CNN, diGenova tried to backpedal by portraying his remarks as a joke, stating they were "sarcastic and made in jest," NBC reported.Krebs was fired last month by President Donald Trump after the Homeland Security agency declared that the general election was the most secure in U.S. history.During an interview on NBC's "TODAY" show Tuesday, Krebs said he might take legal action after deeming the remarks "dangerous." 788
