He was convicted last year on 10 counts, including not reporting income to the IRS.According to court records, Wyatt surrendered his federal firearms license in 2012 for unspecified violations but continued to sell guns from his store by working with another gun shop that had a license. I'm pretty surprised he didn't kill himself, too. Oftentimes, it goes in a pattern," said Mowder, who said in this case, there could be another reason for the murders."I think he had a vision of another life with this other woman — carefree, no responsibilities," she said. "Two children and another on the way, that's a big responsibility."The fact that Chris Watts went in front of a KMGH?television camera to plead for his family's lives after he knew they were dead indicates, to Mowder, that he planned to blame an intruder, play victim and eventually start a new life."This whole facade he put on right after they started looking for them -- that was very odd, and it makes me wonder if he wasn't trying to find an out to be with the girlfriend," said Mowder. "Somebody else did it. I'm the poor grieving father."But the investigation quickly centered on him, as court records show he was having an affair with a co-worker."I think he thought he would just keep it up and it'd be a who-done-it," said Mowder. DENVER, Colorado — Police officers found the body of 7-year-old Jordan Vong inside the family’s home while executing a search warrant Tuesday night and announced a 16-year-old girl had been arrested for investigation on first-degree murder charges in connection with his death.Denver Police Division Chief Joe Montoya said officers found Vong’s body concealed within the home during the search. He said that Vong’s body was discovered around 9 p.m. and that police believe it was “intentionally concealed.”Montoya said that they discovered additional evidence overnight that led them to take the 16-year-old girl into custody Wednesday morning. He said he could not say anything further about her relationship to Vong because she is a juvenile.Vong was reported missing around 4:30 p.m.?Monday. When officers arrived at the scene, they learned the child had been missing for a few hours already. Police said a family member made the report, but he did not identify the reporting party. Police, family and community members began an immediate search of the area where he was last seen, near his home at Chambers Road and Bolling Drive in the Montbello neighborhood. But the search came to an end when police announced they located Vong’s body at a Tuesday evening news conference.Two girls at Greenwood Middle School, which sits right next to the elementary school, said they befriended Vong after seeing him playing alone on the school’s playground.“We would play tag with him, and I remember asking him what’s his name. And he would say, ‘Jordan’ all smiling and happy,” said 13-year-old Luz Padilla. “When we asked him who were his friends, he would say, ‘I don’t have no friends. You guys are my only friends.’”Gisele Perez, who lives close to Vong and is also 13, said she decided to play with Vong because he was always alone.“When we played with him he just seemed really happy. He seemed like someone cared about him,” Perez said.Both said they were heartbroken to learn that Vong was missing and then found dead.“It’s all about Jordan today because, like, he was really nice and a caring kid, so it’s really heartbreaking that he passed away,” Perez said.“We were all crying and sad because he was such a nice kid,” said Padilla.A candlelight vigil is planned to remember Vong Tuesday at 7 p.m. at Greenwood Elementary School, located at 5130 Durham Court in Denver. Deputies say a woman attacked a mother and daughter on a Greyhound bus that had departed from Las Vegas. According to investigators, three strangers helped to save the child's life.The bus left Las Vegas shortly after 7 a.m. Monday and was headed to San Francisco. Teresa Ann Andrade Madrigal attacked the mother and child, just 45 minutes after leaving the station in Bakersfield, authorities report."The lady had the baby in her hand," said one passenger, "...and next thing I know, I heard she has a knife."Investigators say Madrigal appeared to be delusional. They say Madrigal grabbed the child around the neck and held her at knife point. That's when the child's mother started to fight the attacker.Soon, the bus driver and two other passengers jumped into action. The mother was stabbed in the abdomen. The men were able to help get the child  away from the suspect.In total, five people were hurt. We're told Madrigal, who was speaking to herself, was initially asked to get off the bus. The driver felt that it was safe to let the woman back on the bus after speaking with her outside.Right now, the investigation into this incident is ongoing. Investigators say Madrigal also stabbed herself. The child's mother, who has not been identified, had surgery on Monday.  She is expected to make a full recovery.
