That left Rite Aid with around 2,600 stores.The move will allow Albertsons to become "a fully integrated one-stop-shop," Miller said in a statement.Rite Aid jumped 24% in pre-market trading.Albertsons is a privately held company and Rite Aid is public. A woman whose dog was killed by a questionable service dog is now taking action against its owner.Christine Haddow rescued a black, miniature poodle she named Nick. During one walk on a park path in western Colorado, Haddow and Nick encountered a great Dane."Massive. He was massive," Haddow recalls.She tried walking past the big dog and its owner, when all of a sudden, the great Dane lunged toward the miniature poodle.“The great Dane attacked him from behind and started shaking him like he was a rag doll, and he was screaming,” says Haddow. “I kicked the great Dane in the head, and he dropped Nick."The injuries were too much for the miniature poodle, who had to be put down.Haddow later learned the great Dane’s owner claimed the dog was a service dog. The owner of the great Dane showed animal control investigators a service dog certificate she got online. However, the online application never claimed the dog had been trained. 946

After a gunshot wound to the back paralyzed him, Javier Flores turned his anger into art.“For me it’s a meditative process,” he said. “It’s a way I can focus something bigger than myself.”Learning to overcome his own obstacles, Flores is now fighting for more disability rights around the world.“As an artist, I feel it’s art job to provoke and insight dialogue and conversation,” he said.Conversation about the United States' failure to ratify the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, an international human rights treaty intended to protect the rights and dignity of persons with disabilities.“I’m disabled and so for me it’s a slap in the face,” Flores said. “I felt like it was an injustice and so it’s one of the things I wanted to carry out through the aesthetics of cubism.”With help from his art students at Access Gallery, Flores created a piece titled “Really?” in an attempt to bring awareness to his fight.“The image is an adaptation of Pablo Picasso’s “Guernica,” Flores said of the artwork. “Instead of the horse, there’s a seeing eye dog. After a group of demonstrators posted Fox News Host Tucker Carlson's home address on Twitter, the network stopped tweeting.It is seen as a silent protest from the network, according to Politico. The account has 18.3 million followers, which gives it a huge audience reach.Fox News hasn't officially said why it stopped tweeting. There have been no tweets from the largely followed account since Nov. 8.Politico reports 1.4 percent of FoxNews.com traffic in October came from Twitter, including all of the network's official accounts.
