Seven years ago, a Pasco County, Florida family was torn apart when an out of control driver ran down a group of girls, killing a 5-year-old triplet.Now that family is being tormented all over again.In the years since Delaney Rossman was killed, her surviving sisters have still managed to thrive.“The girls are really good. They are 13 now; very active in the community, doing everything they can to be normal kids,” mother Danielle Malm said.Malm said right after the crash, many well meaning people reached out offering support.“It was wonderful. The condolences, and we appreciated everything that everybody had to say.But one of them has crossed the line.“She’s threatened the girls," Malm said. "She’s threatened us with death. She’s threatened my nieces.”Under different Facebook profiles the person has sent disturbing messages to Danielle and her family.One says “Delaney is DEAD. Hahahah.”Another says “I’m going to harm your family.”Other messages are just too vulgar to show.“The main thing is she’s been fixated on the fact that Delaney died and Gabrielle lived.”Danielle says the person even contacted the girl’s school trying to get more personal information. Blocking the harasser isn’t helping, because the person creates fake profiles posing as family.They send friend requests to everyone on Malm’s list.The family believes the person lives out of the country, but isn’t sure. “It gnaws at you. (AP) — Uber finally got its food delivery company, acquiring Postmates in a .65 billion all-stock deal, the ride-hailing giant has confirmed.The deal helps Uber and its Ubereats food-delivery division pick up some ground against industry leader DoorDash, which controls about 37% of the U.S. food delivery market. That’s compared with Uber Eats’ 20% share before the Postmates deal. Grubhub holds around 30%.Last month, Uber lost out in a bid for Grubhub, which would have made it the dominant U.S. food-delivery service. "If they want to order barbecue delivered to their office or the little league field, then they should be able to get that. They shouldn't have to come and wait in line."It's a new strategy Walchef is using during the pandemic, thanks to his partnership with Restaurant Solutions, a consulting firm that helps small restaurants analyze their financial prospects."What we've been doing is really focusing on doing break-even analysis with our clients," says Sydney Lynn, the Director of Planning Advisory Services with the company.She says restaurants need to focus on people's digital experience now more than ever, so restaurants can be profitable during and after the Pandemic."Restaurant entrepreneurs and owners are the most creative and innovative folks you'll know. LOUIS -- The U.S. Coast Guard has referred the investigation into last month’s deadly sinking of a Missouri tourist boat to federal prosecutors.The accident occurred July 19 at Table Rock Lake near Branson, Missouri. An amphibious duck boat sank amid strong winds, killing 16 passengers and a crew member. Fourteen people survived.Nine of those victims were from on Indianapolis family. Tia Coleman and her nephew, Donovan were the only two members of their family to survive. The legal team for the Coleman family says it “supports the U.S. Coast Guard Marine Board of Investigation referral to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for Western Missouri for criminal investigation." Adding, "All those who continue to grieve  support holding fully accountable those responsible for making the deadly decisions that resulted in the catastrophe.”Several investigations are still underway from the National Transportation Safety Board, the Coast Guard and the Missouri Attorney General’s Office.The duck boat attraction owner, Ripley Entertainment, says it is cooperating with the investigations. 1115

Several authors of a large study that raised safety concerns about malaria drugs for coronavirus patients have retracted the report. They say independent reviewers weren't able to verify information that’s been widely questioned by other scientists. Thursday’s retraction in the journal Lancet involved a report on hydroxychloroquine and chloroquine, drugs long used for preventing or treating malaria but whose safety and effectiveness for COVID-19 are unknown.The study linked the drugs to a higher risk of death or heart problems. The study leaders also retracted an earlier report using the same company’s database on blood pressure drugs published by the New England Journal of Medicine. 700
