It's been a while since Austin Rick was in the spotlight but after a Facebook message he posted last week the former country music singer's name is making the rounds again."I decided that I want to shine a light on the monster that is Kirt Webster and I want to hopefully give a voice or at least some confidence and prevent anyone else from becoming his victim in the future," Rick said. Rick moved to Nashville in 2008, the then 21-year-old says his relationship with Webster Public Relations CEO Kirt Webster began in good spirits but things changed and ultimatums were given. "I can make sure you're never broke again, all kinds of these things, but you have to do what I want you to do and you have to follow in my way," Rick explained. Soon, Rick said the incidents began. "He said to me I want there to be fireworks in your career but there has to first be fireworks between the two of us," he said. During one incident, Rick said Webster feared he'd back out of an opportunity to be in Playgirl magazine. "In order to prove that to me I want you to strip down naked right now in front of me. So I stripped down naked in front of him. Then he says come here closer to me and he starts performing oral sex on me," explained Rick. He said Webster continued to reach out to him for years, even sent text messages as recently as this summer. Through a spokesperson Webster denies the allegations saying, "as a single adult, Mr. Webster has had multiple relationships over the course of his professional life, all of which have been consensual.  This includes a brief relationship with Mr. Rick. It was a scary situation. A motorist flagged down deputy Jeremie Nix on Wednesday, saying their 3-month-old child was not breathing. If not for Nix being at the right place at the right time, the baby named Kingston might not have survived. According to the Marion County, Florida Sheriff's Office, Nix performed "life-saving measures" on the child, such as chest compressions. After Kingston remained unresponsive, Nix took the child to a nearby hospital. Within minutes, doctors were able to treat Kingston. Doctors told the sheriff's department that Nix's swift actions saved the child's life. By Thursday, Kingston was out of the hospital and back home with his mother.  717

It's a frightening case of road rage that happened in broad daylight and spanned several communities.Now Police in Allen Park, Michigan are asking for the public's help in finding the man who was driving a black Nissan Altima with a damaged fender and out of state plates on the front and back of the vehicle. Detective Jim Thorburn with the Allen Park Police Department said the man chased another driver several miles and then unleashed at least eight rounds of gunfire at another driver in broad daylight on the southbound Southfield Fwy ramp to I-94. It all started with a fender bender around 3:30 p.m. on Sunday in Detroit, in the area of Chicago near Greenfield. The driver of a pick up truck tried to exchange information, he told police, when the black Nissan Altima driver pulled out a gun. That when he ran. "He was being chased by a Nissan Ultima and he had a big pick up truck and he thought by cutting through fields and stuff he would lose the Ultima," Thorburn said.But that didn't happen. The victim hopped on the Southfield Freeway southbound driving to the I-94 ramp, where the suspect who was still chasing him, opened fire. The victim was hit in the backside but was able to keep driving, he finally lost the shooter, pulled over in Taylor and called police. Police photos show the side of the pick up truck riddled with bullet holes. A big bullet hole in the head rest was a sign that the suspect was likely shooting to kill. The victim escaped with a superficial bullet wound to the backside. Today he said he is in pain, but recovering.  Police are hoping to find someone who might have seen the male suspect fire eight to nine gun shots through the passenger window of his black Nissan Ultima in broad daylight on the busy freeway.
