(KGTV) -- Authorities announced that a missing Los Angeles mother and her three children were safely located at the San Ysidro Port of Entry in south San Diego County.The young family disappeared from their home in Sylmar on Oct. 9, according to authorities.Liliana Lopez's three children, who were also missing since Oct. 9, were found when they entered the U.S. from Mexico at the border crossing.Los Angeles police detectives were interviewing Lopez to determine the circumstances of her and her children's disappearance.A man who was identified as a possible suspect in their kidnapping, Esteban Lopez, is believed to be still in Mexico, according to authorities.Police were called to the 13600 block of Fellows Avenue at 9:27 p.m. on Oct. 9 and found that a possible kidnapping had occurred. Greg Abbott announced Thursday that he is putting a pause on lifting pandemic-related lockdowns as cases of COVID-19 reach near-record levels in the state.According to a press release, businesses that have already re-opened under previous mandates can continue to operate "under the minimum standard health protocols provided by the Texas Department of State Health Services." However, the state will not proceed with further reopenings for the time being.“The last thing we want to do as a state is go backwards and close down businesses," Abbott said. TAMPA, Fla. -- A Hillsborough County, Florida principal and teacher have been arrested on child abuse charges, according to Tampa Police.Michael Hoskinson, principal of Coleman Middle School, and his wife, Kimberly, a Plant High School assistant teacher, were both arrested on Monday night in Tampa. Tampa Police said that on November 2, Michael punched the victim twice in the rib cage. Police said that the force of the punch caused the victim to fall and injure the child's wrist. Michael was yelling at the victim while this occurred, according to the arrest affidavit.Police said that two of the victim's classmates saw the injuries. Michael's wife, Kimberly, was also present during the incident and pushed the child, according to TPD. According to the arrest affidavit, Kimberly later sent a text message that read, "Friendly Reminder: If we ever find a text similar to the one you sent to Coach Stephen a few months ago about 'needing to talk', or whoever else, you'll end up with a lot more then a few bruised ribs..."Officials say that the child involved is not a student in either school the Hoskinson's are employed with and that the child abuse did not happen on a school campus.Hillsborough County Public Schools responded to the incident saying:  1314

For example, the IRS, along with its partners in the tax industry, continue to strengthen security reviews to help protect against identity theft and refund fraud. Just like last year, refunds for tax returns claiming the Earned Income Tax Credit or Additional Child Tax Credit [lnks.gd], cannot be issued before mid-February.
