PHOENIX — The Trump campaign and the Republican National Committee have filed a new lawsuit in Arizona, claiming Maricopa County poll workers "incorrectly rejected votes" cast by in-person voters on Election Day.The lawsuit alleges when the voting machine detected an "overvote" on a ballot, the poll workers told in-person voters to "press a green button to override the error." This reportedly caused the machine to dismiss the voter's choices in the overvoted races, according to the Trump campaign. An overvote is when someone selects more than one option or candidate in a race. "Upon information and belief, the adjudication and tabulation of these ballots will prove determinative of the outcome of the election for President of the United States in Arizona and/or other contested offices in Maricopa County," the lawsuit states.The campaign says they have received information from voters who say they witnessed the problem and that it happened on a large scale in the county.“Poll workers struggled to operate the new voting machines in Maricopa County, and improperly pressed and told voters to press a green button to override significant errors,” said Matt Morgan, Trump 2020 campaign general counsel, in a statement. “The result is that the voting machines disregarded votes cast by voters in person on Election Day in Maricopa County.”The lawsuit urges for "the manual inspection of purportedly overvoted ballots that were cast in-person, the same way that elections officials examined overvoted ballots that were mailed in or dropped off," according to a press release from the Trump campaign.Read the full lawsuit below, or click here: The lawsuit was announced Saturday evening, following projections from the Associated Press earlier in the day that Joe Biden had won the presidency after Pennsylvania and Nevada were called for the former vice president.The suit is one of multiple filed by Trump's campaign in states that were reporting close margins between Trump and Biden. Pharmaceutical company Eli Lilly plans on distributing a treatment for coronavirus patients this week. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) just gave it the green light.The antibody treatment is for patients over the age of 65 who have mild to moderate symptoms. Patients who are 12 years and up are also eligible if they have an underlying health condition.The FDA approval comes at a time when cases are going up again and hospitals are struggling to treat so many patients.Infectious disease experts say one of the biggest challenges for hospitals right now is to figure out where they want to administer the treatment.It is given through an IV and usually, IV treatments are given in an outpatient setting to cancer patients.“If you're talking about hospitals that have infusion centers for cancer and chemotherapy, that's not generally a place where they're going to feel comfortable taking COVID-19 patients in the contagious phase of their disease, because they also have highly immuno-compromised patients there,” said Dr. Shira Doron, a hospital epidemiologist at Tufts Medical Center.Some hospitals in the U.S. already have the resources and space to administer the treatment to COVID-19 patients, but many still don't.Another option would be to administer it in an emergency room, while still following the same criteria for who receives it.While there are guidelines for who receives it, cases are rising. That could add another limitation to how many patients get the new antibody treatment.“And then how will patients be referred to that facility? Will doctors know about that? And defining exactly which patients will benefit from this is somewhat still up in the air,” said Doron.Health and Human Services will be responsible for distributing the treatment. Police have issued an Amber Alert after a 13-year-old girl was abducted outside her home in Lumberton, North Carolina, Monday morning.Hania Noelia Aguilar was at the Rosewood Mobile Home Park waiting for the rest of her family to come outside and drive to school when she was forced into a car just before 7 a.m. ET, the FBI and Lumberton Police Department say."A witness saw a male subject dressed in all black and wearing a yellow bandana force Hania into a relative's vehicle that was parked in the driveway," the FBI said in a statement."Hania is a Hispanic female, 5 feet tall, weighing approximately 126 pounds. She has black hair, and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a blue shirt with flowers and blue jeans," it said."Hania's mother asks whoever took her daughter to please bring her back home," the Lumberton Police Department said in a release posted to Facebook.It said Hania was driven away in a green, 2002 Ford Expedition with South Carolina license plate NWS-984. The hood of the car is peeling and there is a Clemson sticker on the rear window.Police, the Robeson County Sheriff's Office, FBI agents and agents with the State Bureau of Investigation are following nearly 50 leads, the release said.CNN affiliate WRAL reported that Hania was an eighth grader at Lumberton Junior High School.It quoted her sister Heylin Perez as saying Hania had gone outside to start the family's car despite her aunt telling her not to."She just got the keys and started to turn it on," Perez said.
