BEIJING, Aug. 13 (Xinhua) -- A Japanese war criminal confessed to being part of a group that killed dozens of Chinese civilians and raped several women during Japan's war of aggression against China, according to the State Archives Administration on Thursday.

Deniz Ulke Aribogan, member of the Faculty of Political Sciences of the Istanbul University, said that China's WWII victory was not only an achievement over Japanese aggression, but also a victory of the whole world against fascism.
