BEIJING, Oct. 20 (Xinhua) -- The Marine Corps of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) will conduct a joint drill with their counterpart of Thailand, China's Ministry of National Defense said Wednesday.Called "Blue Assault-2010," the joint drill will take place in Sattahip, Thailand, from Oct. 26 to Nov. 14, a ministry statement said.The joint training exercise will be the first for the PLA marines, according to the statement.The joint drill will focus on anti-terrorism.
