(CNN) - President Donald Trump declared on Thursday he was considering withdrawing Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents from California as punishment for what he claimed was a "lousy management job" in patrolling illegal immigration."You know what, I'm thinking about doing it," Trump said at a roundtable with state and local officials to address ideas to stop gun violence in the wake of the Parkland school massacre. His comments came after he decried the state of law enforcement in the Golden State."We're getting no help from the state of California. Frankly, if I pulled our people from California, you would have a crime nest like you've never seen in California. All I'd have to do is say 'ICE, Border Patrol, leave California alone,'" he said during a listening session at the White House."You would see crime like nobody has ever seen crime in this country. And yet we get no help from the state of California. They are doing a lousy management job," he went on to say. "They have the highest taxes in the nation. And they don't know what's happening out there. Frankly it's a disgrace."California State Senator Ben Hueso (D) who represents the 40th district, and is also a member of the Latino Caucus, says he hopes Trump rethinks his position. "I'm not surprised. It's very sad to hear our president rant rather than lead. It's a very sad day. Everyday I kind of pinch myself, is this really happening to America?" ,Hueso told 10 News via phone from Sacramento Thursday.  1518

(KGTV) — Are you "Good to Go?"It's a name, question, and a badge of honor being offered by a new STD testing clinic run by UC San Diego in Normal Heights. For those who remember the TV show, the decor is a bit "Dating Game." Or perhaps "Austin Powers." Along with a feature you've likely never spotted in any health clinic."You can touch, you can create. You can get a low profile," says clinic Marketing Director, Marcell Reyes Vermillion, as he poses for selfies in a bright yellow photo-booth adorned with strings of yellow balls and a yellow shag carpet. The selfie-booth encourages those "cleared for sex" to take a picture for social media."This is a very sex positive message that we're hoping to share with people," said Dr. Susan Little, Professor of Medicine for UC San Diego. "There has been a lot of messaging around disease prevention. And we now have really good drugs, biomedical interventions, to prevent HIV infection among people who are negative. And to prevent transmission among people who are positive." Make no mistake, Dr. Little makes clear the goal is to stop transmission of STDs. Especially HIV among young Hispanic men where cases are still on rise. But Dr. Little says the new approach is to make getting checked an inviting experience, that celebrates health and sex."I think the time as come to let people know they no longer have to worry about disease," says Dr. Little. "We need to try and promote a sex positive, status neutral, sexual health promotion, rather than disease prevention." "Get checked, then you can mate with anyone you want," says Vermillion. Though, with the caveat, you want your partner to get checked too. The Good To Go clinic is funded by an NIH grant and free to those getting tested. (KGTV) — I can show you the world. At least, that's how Disney plans to address content on its upcoming streaming platform.Disney Plus, set to launch later this year, is set to bring the "entire Disney motion picture library" to viewers, according to Disney CEP Bob Iger. That means vintage films like "Dumbo," "The Little Mermaid," and "Snow White" can be seen in all their glory — minus the VHS tape distortion.During an investor's meeting in St. Louis, Iger said the service would house the House of Mouse's library "soon after launch" and include movies typically kept in the "Disney Vault," which brought out movies every few years, Polygon reported.RELATED: New 'Aladdin' footage debuts: Viewers see blue with first look at Will Smith as GenieAll of this in addition to new movies and series developed under the service, Iger added, such as the service's live-action Star Wars series called "The Mandalorian."For fans simply buying in for Disney's newest movies, Iger said films would find their way onto the platform within a year of their release.“It’s going to combine both the old and the new,” Iger said. “All of the films that we’re releasing this year, [starting] with Captain Marvel, will also be on the service.”A release date for Disney Plus this year has yet to be announced. 1300
