Scripps affiliate KERO-TV was made aware of pictures showing a person holding a bloody dog over the weekend. With all four major commercial broadcast networks and three cable news channels deciding to air President Donald Trump's primetime address from the White House on Tuesday, Democratic leaders said the party deserves "equal airtime" in response from the networks. The Transportation Department says it will suspend passenger flights by four Chinese airlines to and from the U.S. beginning June 16 — sooner if President Donald Trump decides to do so. China so far hasn't allowed U.S. airlines United and Delta to resume flights to China, which they wanted to restart this week.
